This is a sample itinerary to give you an idea of the retreat schedule & programming. Each retreat will be a little different as we focus on varied themes and offerings, and do our best to customize the experience to the group in attendance.

  • Restorative vinyasa flow

  • Final group feast

  • Closing meditation

  • Return home rested & refreshed!
