By working one-on-one we can customize a practice to fit your needs physically, mentally, and emotionally, even as they change week-to-week. Using an array of different styles, we'll build strength, agility, confidence, and mental clarity, so you can tackle your to-do's even more effectively.

Giving yourself this time should not be considered a luxury, but as basic and necessary as your annual check-up. Yoga and mindfulness are proven to improve both physical and mental health, increase focus and productivity, and decrease stress and anxiety.

Private, small group, and in-office sessions are available. My teaching style is great for beginners, folks with limited movement, or people who just need to slow down.
