Private yoga sessions are fully customized to fit your needs and goals and schedule! In the privacy of your home you can relax and enjoy a level of care and attention that you can’t find in a studio. With experience in vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga styles, I’ll lead you through a practice that meets you where you are and helps you de-stress, strengthen, heal, empower, and get through your week. Props such as blocks and bolsters can be provided on request. Fancy leggings not required.
