Judgement-free, fully customized yoga to fit your needs and goals and schedule! I'll come to your home or workplace (or I can provide a space if need be) to lead you through a practice that meets you where you're at THAT DAY and helps you de-stress, strengthen, heal, empower, and get through your week. Fancy leggings not required.

Wellness Consultation

Cut the crap and map out a plan to create the healthy habits that will help you THRIVE. You want to feel good, kick butt, and GLOW your way through each day. Learn how to be present, sleep better, de-stress, move your body, and cut out anything that's not supporting you in being the person you want to be!

Wellness Consultations are one hour and can be held in-person or over the phone. We'll talk through your current lifestyle, goals and desires to develop a realistic plan that steadily strengthens your health and well-being over time. After our initial session I'll be available via email for support, and you can book additional consultations at a reduced rate.
